Brad and his team at Henlee Electric do phenomenal work from start to finish. They complete a new service installation for a pole barn for us. They communicate well for scheduling and changes as needed. Their follow up for required corrections was immediate. Could not recommend them more highly. I contacted Henlee Electric after numerous calls to other companies that weren’t interested in my emergency. Not only did Brad (the owner) come right out, but he brought a crew with him Brandon and another Brad #2. The trio jumped into action and worked into the night to get the problem solved for my 80 year old mother who relies on her oxygen concentrator to help her breath. I can not praise these guys enough for stopping what they were doing and rushing to help a little old lady get her electricity back up and running. Brandon and Brad were prompt, fast, and friendly. I was expecting to find I had a wiring issue that would turn out to be expensive, but they found it was just that a switch was old and worn out, and honest about it being a simple and inexpensive fix. What a relief! They didn't try to upsell me at all, and even gave me a few pointers on things to check if other lights start acting similarly off. I definitely recommend them, and will definitely be calling them for any future electrical needs.

Brad and his team were fantastic to work with on my home. I needed to upgrade my service to 200amp, new outlets in the kitchen, outlet for the over the stove microwave, outlet in my upstairs bathroom, outlets and an EV charger in my garage. They were fairly priced and communciated well during the process. In addition to the work listed above, I had an issue with an attic fan. During the problem diagnosis they observed a water leak near my chimney. They helped me to midigate the damage caused by the water until I was able to come home and address the issue. Needless to say, they are very customer oriented from the initial sales contact to the installation crew. Henlee is a great company that I highly recommend and will continue to use in the future.

Called Henlee electric this morning about some concerning issues we were having with our electric service at our house and the fact that we have a one-year-old granddaughter living with us and they were out that afternoon looking at everything and making sure things were fine. We are so relieved that they came out and took care of us I would highly recommend Henlee Electric.

I highly recommend Henlee Electric. Our main breaker failed on a Saturday night. Brad (the owner) came out on Sunday morning and managed a temporary fix to get most of the power on. On the next Tuesday, Brad and Brandon installed a new panel and breakers. I have previously installed electric panels myself and they did an excellent job at a reasonable cost. I will be using them in the future to upgrade panels on other properties.

Brad and Matt had some unusual aspects to this job, but they knew exactly what to do. They were very professional and courteous.

I had a camera put up on the outside of my house back in early December. Rickey came out and was very knowledgeable about where to put it and how he was going to put it up. Absolute top notch electricians! Their professionalism and attention to detail makes them stand out head and shoulders above the rest. Brad was diligent about cleaning not only my floors after the can lights were installed in my kitchen but went the extra yards to clean my counters, appliances and under my countertop appliances. The finished product was done to perfection and I am over the moon with how beautiful my kitchen and hallway now is illuminated. I will be having them back to install more lighting in my old/outdated home. I cannot recommend them enough!! They should be the first call when needing electrical services without a doubt.

Henley electric has done an amazing job for installing a bedroom light. They communicated well and cleaned up after their work. Also, they have done electrical work for our pool and wiring for the pole barn. They did excellent work! They have great crews!

We had several electrical outlets replaced since they were extremely loose and one of the electrical outlets actually caused a spark. They also checked our electrical box and made sure it was good. Rick and Brad were the technicians that came out and they did a fantastic job! They arrived promptly, were very friendly and personable, answered all of my questions thoroughly and finished the job quickly and efficiently. I would strongly recommend using them and this company for any of your electrical needs. As I said, they did a wonderful job and they did this at a fair price. We had them install four ceiling fans the did a Great job! Three went in our girls bedrooms they connected them it the switches everything was clean and works perfectly. The fourth fan was installed in our family room with 18’ ceilings and they had no issues at all.

Henlee Electric crew installed new kitchen lights and replaced attic ventilation fan motor. They did an excellent job from start to finish. They were efficient, clean, and informative. Very respectful of myself and my home. Very happy and will use this company for any future electrical needs. And they love dogs!

I called on a Saturday morning when I woke up with a weird power outage affecting only parts of my house, with no breakers tripped. The associate on the phone listened attentively to the details I gave him, and we checked a couple things as we were on the phone in troubleshooting before sending someone out, which was nice to try and they didn't have to do that. When we came up empty on those things, I was told someone would be here within an hour, which I was happy with on a Saturday, and it was much quicker than that, maybe 20 minutes and I even had a courtesy text to give me a heads up they were almost here. Rickey was the tech who got the call and he was outstanding. He thoroughly checked everything, moved some furniture with me to get to some hidden outlets he suspected would be found, and he found the source of the issue on what was a tricky job - which was a faulty and mostly hidden outlet that could have caused a very dangerous situation, even a house fire if not taken care of soon. He did it thoroughly but efficiently at the same time, getting right to business, not in a rushing way, but not "milking the clock", as I know that's a concern for homeowners when hiring for a job like this. I couldn't be more satisfied with the job Rickey did, and Henlee as a company A+ work in a very short time. I highly recommend them to anyone and while I hope I never NEED to call them again, if I do need an electrician, they'll be my first call

We had a gentleman come to my mother's house named Rick who installed a generator bypass for her. We did have a small issue, but he came back out and fixed everything under warranty. He was very professional, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend Henlee after having several others come out and tell my mother that this would cost her 15k. Henlee was just over $1600. Great job guys!

His quick response allowed us to identify the problem far faster than we could have on our own, which likely saved us thousands of dollars in potential water damage. Brad went above and beyond by not only helping with the electrical issue but also connecting us with a restoration company when no one else would even return our calls. Thanks to his referral, the restoration team arrived and got to work immediately—while other companies were turning customers away due to high demand. Without Brad's help, we would have had standing water in our basement for days, causing even more damage and stress. We are incredibly grateful for the responsiveness, professionalism, and local connections that Henlee Electric brought to the table. Justin did a great job replacing my bathroom fan. He was so nice and went above an beyond! Also, Brad came on a previous issue. My very old kitchen light was flickering and he was able to fix it without replacing it and saved me money! Henlee Electric all the way! They also came when I had an emergency on Friday night. My very old breaker panel began buzzing. Pretty scary. Justin came immediately to make sure it wasn't melting or sparking. They replaced it right away that weekend. Justin took extra time to keep my drywall around the panel nice since I am in the middle of selling my house. I couldn't figure out how to take a pic, but I highly recommend Henlee!

When I had an electrical emergency at midnight on a Saturday night, Henlee Electric was the first business I found that actually really meant they were available 24/7. Every part of the interaction was positive. The person who answered the phone was warm, receptive and reassuring. The technician called me when they were supposed to, was encouraging, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He was at my house within the hour, fixing the problem, and also and giving me important information about what was going on. I could not have asked for a better experience, which was such a relief after the disaster of finding rainwater in my electric panel! Very knowledgeable, professional, and kind

We had our main house breaker fail around 6:00 last night and called Henlee’s number around 8:00 when we realized there was nothing we could do. They were at our house this morning before 10:00 and it’s 11:42 breaker is replaced and power is working great. The customer service is suburb, kind and honest. While here I asked for quotes on other projects we need to have done, looking forward to using them again soon!

I hired Henlee Electric to install the electric needed for our new above ground pool. They were great to work with. Very professional and efficient with their work. This install required trenching in our backyard and Henlee made sure to repair the areas of the lawn that were affected. Overall great experience. Henlee Electric did a big job for me: replacing my entire breaker box, relocating my electrical meter to the outside, building a special breaker box outside to accommodate a new hot tub (which they wired as well). I was very pleased all across the board! Owner Brad was the one to do the estimate. He answered all questions and explained everything about the job. He was very responsive as I continued to come up with other questions/concerns. I had 4 estimates done and chose Henlee Electric because of their competitive pricing AND the responsiveness to my inquiries. (Getting the estimates was the hardest part! Companies didn't show, didn't respond, didn't finish, and didn't follow up. Henlee Electric was the only one who followed through from beginning to end!) A lot of the work needed to be done outside in the oh-so-joyfully-inconsistent Ohio weather, but Henlee was quick to get my job scheduled and completed as soon as weather permitted. The workers and apprentices were all very professional, polite, and friendly. Since job completion, everything has been working "fantastically". We had a large tree branch land on our electrical lines this week that pulled the power mast off our house. So with Watsons recommending them we felt very confident in their ability to do a great job and they did! Justin and Brandon came right on time and were the nicest guys. They were very careful to make sure the tubing was hidden under the landscape rocks so you couldn’t see it and carefully put the landscape rocks back in place perfectly! Just had Henlee Electric wire my spa in which involved updating an old service box. The initial contact and pre-service communication was very good. Brandon and Brad were amazing: very polite, professional, and they gave me a lot of information about what they were doing and why. They also asked me to verify it was in the exact place I wanted it since it would be difficult to relocate once wired. They were able to run the conduit exactly as I wanted. They took their time and handled my spa with care and their workmanship was fantastic. They even closed my spa cover and re-clipped the safety lock-down straps on the cover (to keep it from blowing open) before they left. We had a great experience with Henlee! I called because our lights kept flashing….nothing urgent, but definitely frustrating. They were able to get someone out much sooner than I expected, which was a huge relief. The technician was professional, friendly, and incredibly patient. My kids were running all over the place, and he didn't seem bothered one bit. In fact, he joked and laughed right along with them, which made the whole experience so much less stressful. What really stood out was their customer service. I had a hard time even getting calls returned from other companies, but Henlee answered on my first try, was pleasant to work with, and got me scheduled right away. Because of that experience, I won't be shopping around next time, they'll be my first call. Thank you again for the excellent service!

We recently hired Henlee Electric to install a commercial security camera system and wall-mount a TV at ACERT Healthcare Training, and the work turned out excellent. The installation was clean, professional, and completed efficiently. The camera system provides clear coverage throughout the building, and the mounted TV looks great and works perfectly for classroom use. They also removed an old projector setup and left everything neat and organized afterward. If you need commercial electrical work, security camera installation, TV mounting, or low-voltage wiring services, I would highly recommend Henlee Electric. From the estimate to the work being done I've felt Henlee did things right. Had Brad out to quote some immediate work to be done and briefly brainstormed future work when the budget allows. Had to reschedule a couple times due to emergencies, almost to be expected given this winter, but each time Henlee was in touch and didn't leave us hanging. Rick came out to perform the work and while I was away working my wife felt safe and said Rick was super personable. They even saved me some money off the original quoted price after some alterations to the work had been made. Overall I'm more than happy with the service Henlee provided and will be a repeat customer for future work. Update: Had Henlee out to upgrade my electrical panel and meter. Ive Had a great experience with henlee electric. Their electrician Ricky, came out and installed an upgraded panal quicker then I thought possible, and then walked me through all the work and safety precautions. He was even nice enough to give me advice on some other circuitry. Brad was very helpful with planning out all the work and advicing me on just what needed done without going over board with unnecessary work. Great company. Oh my goodness the service with Brian was great!!! Very nice guy and honest. Some things were not clicking correctly with my tree and my outside Christmas decorations. Lights outside went out. My mother turned a switched on that turns the tree on. She thought she smelled smoked. Brian came out same late evening I called and fixed the issue quickly and gave us peace of mind and future suggestions for some repairs I was already aware of. We were able to keep my tree and lights outside on with no worries of any electrical issues! Highly recommend this company! So glad I found them.

Henlee Electric was fantastic from the time I called them, all the way through to completion of the project. Brad P. came for a site visit and to give us a quote on the installation of 25 recessed LED lights in four rooms of our home (some rooms had 15ft vaulted ceilings), as well as install a ceiling fan for in one of those tall ceilings. The quote was more than fair and Brandon, Rick, and Brad were out to do installation within a week and a half of approving the quote. They did an outstanding job aligning the lights and making everything symmetrical and aesthetically pleasing. I highly recommend Henlee Electric and already have plans to have them back out for another project. Update: Henlee has now done 3 projects for us (as of April 2026) since my initial review in the Summer of 2025. Brad and team are now “our” electricians. I trust them to do professional work, communication is always easy and pricing is fair and up front. We won’t hesitate to continue to call on Henlee in the future.

I had 2 ceiling fans installed in rooms that had no existing lights. The installers did a great job, worked quickly, cleaned the entire area when they finished. There was minimal drywall removed to pull wires but Henlee had the drywall repair scheduled for the next morning. They did a great job and I would use them again.
